Sandwich Panel or Insulated Panelwall three layer, First layer is iron sheet thickness 0.45 mm. and middle is foam polystyrene PS anti fire and heat. suitable for work about clean room and cold room. Sandwich Panel have qualification control temperature. In Thailand import Sandwich Panel since. 1977 use in work about cold room after then use for work about roof (Roof Sandwich Panel).
Due to iron sheet make for Sandwich Panel is type Food Grade. Sandwich Panel can use to work abot wall in factory medicine and food. And after then apply to work about clean room. And due to Sandwich Panel is cheap unlike other material, Builder a lot choose Sandwich Panel for they work.

Note 1**** : Sandwich Panel length 2 meter can't support weight more then 435 KM. per more thickness 150 mm.
Note 2** :Sandwich Panel thickness 50 mm. can't manufacture length 7-10 meter. Because Sandwich Panel length more 7-10 meter. it easy to break.
Note 3*** :Sandwich Panel thickness 75 mm. can't manufacture length 10 meter. Because Sandwich Panel length more 10 meter. it easy to break.
If you want cold room keep temperature a lot. You should choose the sandwich panel thickness a lot. Because thickness foam between is iron sheet important to keep temperature. If more thickness it can keep more temperature. Thickness the foam of sandwich panel will anti temperature constant inside room. Temperature inside room wouldn't out to outside.
You can choose thickness from the grid beside for control temperature to you want. How much do you want to keep temperature? And do you want to keep anything in the room? You can chooes thickness from the grid beside.
Note : Example the grid not have thickness 7 and 9 inch. Because our factory don't have thickness 7 and 9 inch.

Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) is PS Foam that use Pentane gas (C5H12) as the blowing agent. During the material production process called "Polymerization" the polystyrene resin granules impregnated with the blowing agent.
EPS production processes begin in the pre-expansion process where the EPS bead will expand by the heat of steam usually 50 times in volume. Next step is molding process where expanded foam bead will be heated again with steam then they expand further until they fuse together, forming as foam products
